How does ClearData connect to my e-shop?
ClearData connects via a plugin in the Shoptet App Store. After installing the plugin, your orders, revenue and inventory sync automatically. The Shoptet integration is currently in development — coming soon.
Does ClearData work with Shoptet?
Yes, Shoptet is our primary platform. We're preparing a native plugin for the Shoptet App Store that enables easy connection without any technical configuration. Register now and be among the first to get it.
How do I connect Google Ads or Meta Ads?
Just sign in via Google or Facebook OAuth — the same way you log in to other apps. No API keys, no technical setup. Takes under a minute.
Do you support platforms other than Shoptet?
We currently focus on Shoptet. Support for other platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify) is on our roadmap. If you're interested in a specific platform, write to us at info@cleardata.cz.
Security & Data
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored encrypted on EU servers (AWS eu-central-1, Vercel). Google and Meta Ads access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We access your ad data solely to display it in the dashboard — we never share it with third parties.
How can I disconnect Google or Meta Ads?
At any time in Settings → Integrations. After disconnecting, the access token is immediately deleted from our database.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
After cancellation, data is available for 30 days, then permanently deleted. We can provide a data export on request.
Account & Users
Can I add multiple users?
Yes. From the Business plan up, you can add team members and assign roles (e.g. marketers see only ad data, owners see everything). The Start plan includes 1 user.
How does multi-shop management work?
You can manage multiple e-shops in one ClearData account and switch between them in the top bar. Start includes 1 e-shop, Business up to 3, Growth up to 10.
Can I set up e-shop groups?
Yes. E-shops can be grouped and you can view aggregated data for the entire group — useful for locations, regions or brands.
Pricing & Billing
What happens after the 14-day trial?
After the trial you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, access is suspended. Your data is preserved for 30 days.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. On cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
How long does setup take?
Basic setup (connecting Google and Meta Ads) takes less than 10 minutes. The Shoptet plugin takes just a few clicks.
